FAQ - Who can and must use the MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal and what taxes can be filed?
The taxes currently available through the MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal are:
- Employer's Withholding Tax
- Non-Resident Income Withholding Tax
- Corporate Income/Limited Liability Entity Tax
- Sales and Use Taxes
- Utility Gross Receipts License Tax (UGRLT)
- Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS)
- Motor Vehicle Tire Fee
- Transient Room Tax
- Consumer's Use Tax
- Telecommunications Taxes
If you are a taxpayer who files any of the above state taxes in Kentucky, you now have the option to file those taxes through the MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal.
The online MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal enables a taxpayer to register their business for the appropriate business taxes and licenses, file tax returns and make electronic payments.
