KY Taxpayer Portal

A service request allows a taxpayer to perform various tasks, such as updating account information, via the MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal. Currently, the following service requests are available on the MyTaxes.ky.gov Portal:

• Cancel Account
• Change Taxing Election
• Add New RP/Update Existing RP (address)/Terminate RP
• Filing Frequency Change Request
• General Questions/Respond to Correspondence
• Refund Request
• Protest Request
• Request for a Translator to Call
• Temporary Vendor Permit Request
• Complete Nexus Questionnaire
