• Limited Liability Entity Tax
• Utility Gross Receipts License Tax
• Telecommunications Tax
• Coal Severance and Processing Tax
• Coal Seller/Purchaser Certificate ID Number and Kentucky Nonresident Income Tax Withholding on Distributive Share Income Tax Account
• Cigarette/Tobacco licenses.
